职位信息
1.Support IS Cluster Band 6 recruiting and onboarding process.
2.Coordinate new hired employees’ onboarding and NEO Training.
3.Acts as HR contact for ADM site.
4.Deal with onboarding, offboarding process aligned with TE procedure.
5.Handle ADM attendance management, and verify attendance supporting documents, such as medical leave testimony, OT application form, clock in/out verification.
6.Deal with or support labor dispute cases.
7.Distribute employee contract renewal/termination related documents.
8.Coordinate employee engagement related work.
9.Coordinate employee benefits practice, such as physical health check, etc.
10.Coordinate monthly performance bonus summary with approval.
11.Prepare and draft HR notice.
12.Collect and keep personnel file, HR related documents.
13.Coordinate training arrangement and provide necessary support.
14.Prepare HR monthly and weekly HR report.
15.Other tasks assigned superior.
要求
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.2-3 years and above of HR generalist experience preferably in a large multi-national business environment.
3.Be Proactive and supportive.
4.Follow TE procedure and policies solidly.
5.Be a self-starter and be adapt to new environment.
6.Possess good communication and good spirit of teamwork.
