Location:

Jinke Road, Pudong District, Shanghai, China 上海市浦东新区金科路

Primary Responsibilities:

? Sample testing by HPLC and CE-based methods, including sample and solution preparation, instrument operation, data processing, experimental records and report generation

? Develop/optimize/qualify new analytical methods with appropriate degrees of supervision

? Draft and/or cross-review technical documents like experimental records, standard operating procedures, technical reports, etc.

? Order and maintain reagents and consumables needed for the experiments

? Proper usage and maintenance of analytical instruments

? On-site training and data review for local CROs

? Execute all work following applicable JNJ company regulations and policies

Experience and Qualifications Required:

? Bachelor or Master in biochemical engineering, biochemistry, pharmaceutical analysis, analytical chemistry or related disciplines, with 1-3 years’ hands-on experience in biotherapeutics analysis. Educational background may be extended for candidates with exceptional experiences and capabilities.

? Proficient in the operation of HPLC and CE instruments

? Experiences in other analytical instruments and/or in GMP regulated environment is a plus

? Capable to read and write technical documents in English

? Organized and detail-oriented

? Self-motivated for personal development

主要职责:

?采用高效液相色谱和基于ce的方法进行样品检测，包括样品和溶液的制备、仪器操作、数据处理、实验记录和报告生成

?在适当的监督下，开发/优化/检验新的分析方法

?起草和/或交叉审查技术文件，如实验记录、标准操作程序、技术报告等。

?订购和维护实验所需的试剂和耗材

?正确使用和维护分析仪器

?对当地CROs进行现场培训和数据审核

?执行所有符合JNJ公司规章制度的工作

经验和资格要求:

?生物化学工程、生物化学、药物分析、分析化学或相关学科的学士或硕士学位，有1-3年的生物疗法分析的实际经验。对于有特殊经验和能力的候选人，可以延长其教育背景。

?熟练操作HPLC和CE仪器

?有其他分析仪器和/或GMP管理环境经验者优先

?能够阅读和书写英文技术文档

?有条理，注重细节

?自我激励的个人发展

需求：本科或硕士，1-3年仪器分析工作经验（***为生物药物分析方向），若经验或能力特别合适，学历要求可适当放宽。
