1. Key responsibilities

？  As a supervisor of Digital Integration Analyst, you will be responsible to deliver digital solutions to achieve both business development needs as well as regional/global

digital strategy.

？  Work closely with key business stakeholders internally and externally including marketing, product, business development, customer service, and end customers.

？  Be the bridge of local business teams and local/regional/global/off shore development team to

guarantee requirement implementation. Be a key person enabling development

process to guarantee project delivery.

？  Lead business requirement elicitation with your experience and creative ideas to transform

things to digital.

？  Be responsible for delivering plans to improve product key indicators.

？  Adopt most hot technologies to NU SKIN to boost NS sales and user experience.

？  Propose solutions to stakeholders with adequate feasibility and ROI analysis.

？  Demonstrate your solution though rapid prototype to ensure smooth communication with key

stakeholders.

？  Be the voice of segments in any global or regional digital business team discussion about

business perspectives and requirements and bring best value to local business growth.

Skills and experience

？   Requirement elicitation, analysis and documentation skill.

？   Familiar with at least one industry leading rapid prototype tool.

？   You must have project or product manager/product owner experience in direct selling market or

FMCG industry or product manager experience in Internet industry.

？   You should have at least two of the following key skills or experience:

     l  Project management especially agile project management

     l  Agile requirement management tool

     l  UI/UX project experience or related experience

     l  Application architectural design experience or related experience

     l  Software development experience

？   Fluent written and oral English.

？   Logical thinking for solution oriented working philosophy.

？   An active team player.

Exposure:

1. Preferablywith PMP certification or equal.

2. Preferablywith product manager experience.
