职位描述
职能：
- Follow approved request and manually process stock adjustment in aLS
- Manually process posting of GRs in aLS and check if result is aligned with request
- Create approved manual/offline orders and check if information is properly passed through all systems
- Document daily DSR data and draft basic report to the team for monitoring
- Process simple data analysis on daily GIT gap and identify which team should follow up
- Facilitate and document meetings with cross function teams and ensure feedback -
- properly sent back to project team in time
要求：
3-5 years relevant working experience in retail company, TP company.
Online Customer Service experience is a must, Call center experience is a plus
Execution with efficiency and accuracy (lead or involved in project before)
Uses technical knowledge and experience (MS Office products including Excel and PowerPoint, office management)
Integrates into eCom team and across organization with good communication skills
Adapts to new and changing demands and situations
Good reading and writing in English
