1.    Accounts payable (AP) process    

Invoice verification and booking

Vendor checking    

Monitor the compliance with purchase and vendor payment policy    

Communicate with internal stakeholders, outside vendor to resolve the dispute on the invoice/payment if any   

2.    Month-end closing   

Account reconciliation preparation   

Analysis on the AP aging and payment status   

Propose the solution to resolve the long-aged AP items or other issue identified   

3.    Finance policy/procedures delivering   

Educate the new employees on the Company’s finance policy   

Response to employees about the inquires on the finance policies/procedure    

4.    Finance projects and Ad Hoc Projects  

Assist in the finance projects within the function or cross-function to streamline the accounting process and support on the business decision   

Support Account Supervisor in setting strategy for the function, including how to identify and implement the best practice for the team’s functionality 

Assist in all ad hoc projects / tasks

  

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，财务相关专业优先
2. 熟悉中国当地GAAP和法规
3. SAP操作经验优先
4. 1年以上财务经验，有跨国公司工作经验优先
