What is Production? It

s the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.

Is this your next challenge?

Working in Quality Assurance, your main focus will be to follow and implement QA routines and also ensure that all tests are properly executed. You will perform risk assessments on hangers, style samples, quotation samples and at order placement samples. You will focus on the most important orders, new suppliers and new materials. You will work closely with the R&D and the Sourcing team, with Product Developers and Technicians to analyze potential quality problems already in the development stage. However, finding potential problems is not enough. We expect you to use your knowledge to find possible solutions!

Another important part of this role is the collaboration with our external business partners, our suppliers, factories and external labs. You will perform internal lab physical tests, initiate and follow up on external lab tests and register all tests and risk assessments according to our quality routines.

Reporting into the Senior Quality Assurance, you will work closely with production & development teams, our external suppliers, as well as your colleagues based both locally and across the Globe.

任职资格:

Who are you?

The person we are looking for should have the drive to find new creative solutions for quality issues and lead continuous improvement for our Quality systems. Due to the nature of this role you need to have a background in chemistry or chemical engineering. We could see you having experience from a textiles lab, dye house, print house, or similar. Having experience as colorist is a plus. Communication will also be key as the role works and interacts with many functions within H&M.
