工作内容：

Project Delivery, Planning and Tracking

Delivers project benefits defined by the business on time within budget whilst adhering to organisational quality standards

Successfully manages project scope through effective change control

Effectively manages dependencies and constraints across the workstreams, departments, regions and countries in the project

Updates and reviews Lessons Learnt (both intra projects and organisational), both prior to and during each project and ensures that no previous mistakes are repeated

Ensures resource availability meets forecasted demand

- Representing the stakeholders, and has the mandate to prioritise scope (functions/features) on behalf of the business 

- Creating and maintaining a prioritised Product Backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent and clear 

- Liaison with local users and tech team and translate the screens/ vouchers/ reports. 

- Preparing Execution Document, including the Initial Release Plan and other associated mandatory milestones and tracking and reporting delivery against the Initial Release Plan 

- Clearly communicating priorities, objectives/goals, mission and acceptance criteria to users and Delivery Team. 

- Ensuring the Tech Delivery Team members understand the user requirement and ensure the delivery as expected.  

- Ensuring that all submissions to committees are of the right quality and are timely.  

- Ensuring Project deliverables are of the desired quality and have appropriate endorsements/ sign-offs and comply with project governance requirement. 

- Training to different end users, help design client documents and service process, make sure the system transitioning is smooth till ICMS is fully migrate to WebCMS. 

- Owning the review of Benefits over the lifecycle 

- When requested, presenting the Agile Delivery Closure report to the PgSC or PRC before the Project is closed.

- Have  Project Management certification (eg PMI PMP) 

- At least 1 year demonstrable experience working in a similar role within a Project organization

- Have basic knowledge of bank system design 

- A person who can own tasks, initiate tasks from start to finish, a people person who listens to motivate and drive teams to resolve in reaching completion in every task they do.

- Familiar with bank card management system 

- Use of Clarity Project tools

- Understands and follows Bank governance processes
