服务描述/ Brief description of service:

Responsible for update of SAP Prices and conditions for all products

Ensures compliance with pricing guidelines and accurate entry of prices by product and customer into the SAP 

Work closely with sales and customer care to identify and analyse discrepancy between SAP prices and order prices, resolve pricing issues in a timely and proper manner

Maintenance of the rebate agreements, accruals and settlements in the SAP, manage balance of the rebate reflected in management reports

Ad-hoc reporting & analysis  of selling prices 

Ensure consistent pricing principle is followed in the SAP and be responsible for SAP pricing process development and improvement.

Projects support for enhancement of pricing systems and tools including but not limited to system testing, system migration and helping the commercial team to get most efficient data support

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

University Graduate with 1-2 years in pricing or financial analysis, accounting or sales coordination or customer care role, preferably in the fragrance and flavour industry

Or fresh University Graduate with sound business acumen

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English

Good PC operation skills, especially excel, preferably experience with SAP

Excellent analytical skills, responsible and careful

Mature, hardworking and team player
