工作内容
Job purpose:
This role acts as a trusted advisor to the franchisee customers and an executor of Brand/Product strategy. They are responsible for executing product allocations to the store/door level, also to support the Snr Allocator/Asst. Manager to validate and rationalize high level allocation plan based on assortment/store level analysis
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute allocation strategies to optimize inventory, including store assortments and replenishments
2. Provide accurate monthly ship out plan/ inventory flow forecasts that support business strategies
Pre-Season
1.Collaborate with Merchant Planers/ Retail Ops to verify store and product segmentation for the season, based on sales target, store size and consumer profile
2. Review supply, trade show order and optimal allocation depth with cross functional team, and highlight if there is any challenges on the assortment width & depth which impact sell thru performance and store capacity
In-Season
1. Validate initial flow plan against marketing plan, holiday schedule and product availability in DC, release seasonal product to store as the launch plan/marketing campaign.
2. Weekly/Bi-weekly review business with Franchisee Partner and make replenishment base on the requirement of sales.
3. Recommend store-to-store inventory rebalancing activity to optimize inventory for fast turning products /store providing DC inventory is under constraint.
4. Timely response to queries from retail operation
Reporting:
1. Weekly sales performance tracking- by account
2. Replenishment Report- by account/ door
Hind-sight:
Hind-sight end of season performance
应聘条件
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience (preferably in a retail environment)
Specialized Knowledge/Technical Skills:
Technical proficiency with computer software tools and the ability to learn new ones quickly (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, internal Ace applications)
Decision Making and Problem solving:
1. Strong analytical/problem solving capabilities including the ability to quickly identify and communicate implications from consumer, internal and marketplace information
2. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Communication:
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Strong listening and interpersonal skills
3. Mandarin & English (written & spoken)-Good
