      I.        Key Responsibilities

-         Assist in compiling raw data generated from the system into sales analysis for initial allocation planning and weekly replacement to stores.

-         Support on admin work for the special project such as PCE / Bulk purchase and F&F, uploading the DR or template combination

-         Support on new store assortment preparation, update arrival status, upload order etc.

-         Ad hoc support for allocation project.

 

     II.        Education and Experience

-         Bachelor’s degree or above.

-         Experience in merchandise allocation, distribution or sales management is an advantage, fresh graduate will also be considered.

-         Strong proficiency in MS Excel.

-         Sensitive to number with logical mindset.

-         Good communication and analytical skills.
