服务描述/ Brief description of service:

Provide a wide spectrum of quality support to the Relationship Managers to enable them to drive revenue, improve client engagement, maximize operational efficiency and allow the Relationship Managers to spend more time with client.

Main point of contact for the client with regards to all elements of Onboarding like Core Documents, Know Your Customer and Customer Due Diligence.

Responsible for delivery both personally and through remote Citi teams, of processes and documentation to efficiently process client account opening requests, transactions and etc., providing a positive and professional service.

Dealing sensitively with internal and external customers' demands and conflicts.

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director.

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build cohesive working relationships with both business partners and customers

Good written and verbal communication in English

Initiative, well organized, detail conscious and able to work independently

Experienced in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Good understanding of commercial banking products and services is an advantage
