工作职责:

Accountability

The Assistant Technical Designer is accountable for:

* Assisting in the visualization of missions for all departments & brands in H&M

* Keeping track of timelines to ensure outcomes are delivered on time

Main Responsibilities

* Assist in the visualization of products, to support PO and BO teams.

* Continue to challenge yourself to increase 3D skills, and what products you can build

* look for new ways 3D can be used to support the delivery of better product to the customer

* Familiarize yourself with the brands and departments and their customer to ensure all levels are covered. Understand their cost levels, stuk and standards (e.g. kids safety restrictions)

* Effectively communicate with R&D to ensure visualisations are delivered correctly and on time.

* With the support from the Senior Technical Designer and R&D, encourage and support suppliers in their 3D journey, giving assistance where relevant

* Study production processes and learn how to support. Be able to suggest alternative solutions, cost conscious options and provide instructions for suppliers to help teams achieve the right result

* Work with rest of the Creative Lab team to support asset management

任职资格:

Education and Experience requirements

* Professional education in Textile/fashion design with fashion or pattern cutting specialism.

* Good material/yarn knowledge to enable best application on simulation

* Previous experience working in supply chains

Knowledge and Skills requirements

* Clear communication skills including written/verbal with people in various "location"s

* Strong computer skills; Photoshop and/or Illustrator proficient.

* In-depth technical knowledge of specialized component area.

* Understanding of garment construction & pattern cutting

* Analytical skills

* Language proficiency – English and local language (where the role is based)

* Trend awareness
