Responsible:

    

Supporting to retain ISO/IATF16949 certification lived and renewed. Coordinate internal & external audit activities including product, process and system audit.

    

Monitor external or internal complaints handled via SAP system and settle individual complaint in time.

    

Drive corrective actions and decisions on quality related issues. Collaborate root cause analysis and
corrective measures taken within cross regions or cross functions.

    

Maintain the management system for core business processes in the region Asia.

    

Review quality KPI to track performance and identify area of concerns that needs to be addressed to the appropriate function.

    

Work with procurement to monitor supplier’s quality performance in line with company’s requirement.

    

Drive a continuous improvement in quality issue across the organization

    

    

Required:

    

Bachelor degree or above in chemical engineering, Chemistry or Applied Chemistry.

    

Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in the QM or QC in Chemistry or equivalent are required.

    

Knowledge of quality management system, especially IATF 16949 are preferred.

    

Language  proficiency  in English, Mandarin.

    

Good Knowledge of MS office 365 and SAP database is preferred.
