职位描述
Position Title: Sales Operations Manager
Reports To: General Manager
PURPOSE OF ROLE
The purpose of this role is to:
· Key leadership to develop, to plan, to direct, to execute and to measure business plan and its review
· Consistently to review and to maintain the performance of sales distribution model
· Strategically to review and to implement continue development of sales support system to align with national sales operations team
· Develop, explore, pursue channeling strategy with regional and/or national S&C leaders, sales leaders, marketing leaders to develop market development strategies to structure for company opportunity
· Review, educate and to sustain distributor development to align with national distributor university
· Align S&C, marketing, sales admin team to support sales team for optimizing sales results
· Develop, maintain and leverage ROI on A&P budget with marketing and S&C leaders
· Coordinate, maintain and to support business review and its follow up actions
· Anticipate sales managers/city sales managers for promotion supporting to healthy sustain sell out results and sell in performance
· Anticipate to implement sales system in alignment with national SOD team to support sales KPI's
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Anticipate and take part in ownership to sales results and its strategic actions to optimize growth
· Take part in ownership of P&L performance particularly in NSV, MAC, A&P performance, Sales Operations team expenses
· Anticipate, develop, implement, measure with leadership from S&C, sales leaders and marketing leaders for strategic market development penetrating and partnership with 3 pillars and consumers
· Take part of talent pipelines development and engage to succession plan process and its result
· Strategic launch new products into market with S&C and marketing team
· Anticipate sales capabilities development in alignment with national team for the region with sales team
· Anticipate regional organization transformation and development to optimize business development and growth
· Main leadership contact to share, to support, to collaborate with other region for optimizing knowledge transfer, best practices sharing, and business integrity.
· Anticipate monthly and annually business performance data support for national reporting and business review
· Support and provide collaboration to Finance, logistics and IT from national team for best supply chain support to regional business
· Anticipate sales KPI's results review and support for its corrective actions from sales system point of view
TIME ORIENTATION
· 50 % drive business opportunity development ( strategic action toward 3 pillars)
· 30% on people and organization development and engagement
· 20% business review and its follow up actions
KEY EXPERIENCES
· with at least 5 - 7 years business leadership experience
· within about 5 years working experience at multinational companies,
· preferably (priority given to those) with experience in pet industry
· Strong business acumen
· Good coach and mentor
· Good level of English in oral, read and write
