工作内容

Support dealer well use of VV/DMS/VIDA and deal with daily issue they report

Support dealer to check parts info and submit TIE report if needed

Support dealer well understanding of parts discrepancy claim process, investigate and close case timely

Support dealer to check parts delivery status, and any special delivery request arrangement

Ensure system works properly and handle emergency case if system breakdown

BO review and take actions as per the comments, place VOR if necessary. 

Focus on 3R BO and keep eyes on ETA closely, escalate in time if needed

Special order placement-tool/tire/key/decal/vps etc. 

CCM special case support and follow up

应聘条件

Bachelor degree or above

Fluent in written and oral English

1-2 years working experience

Excellent in communication skill
