District Manager

OVERVIEW:

Working as a Full-Time District Manager, you will be responsible for District Sales Growth, Personnel Leadership, Recruitment, and District Finance (P&L) and Asset Management. This position will report to the VP – Asia Pacific.

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

o At least five years of experience in a leadership role (preferably at a GM level)

o A proven track record of running a successful business and managing key accounts

o Experience managing the P&L of a business o Willingness and ability to design, present and execute a business plan

o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented

o Ability to motivate and lead a large group of employees

o Exhibit strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills

oDemonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities

o Possess strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

o Willingness and ability to travel

o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork

o Excellent written and oral communication skills (English & Chinese Mandarin)

o Possess strong computer skills and math aptitude

o A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements

o Ability to lift up to 50 to 75lbs.
