职位描述：
The area controller is responsible of optimizing the selling, controlling costs and maximizing profit in the area. Establish and follow up selling and salary budgets for one area together with the store managers and the area manager. Monitor deviation and take action. Ensure and follow up the allocation of merchandise in order to optimize stock levels per store. Takes responsibility as an active role model by living the H&M values.

Responsibilities
Goals
Setting goals for the area and the stores as well as making sure that all are working towards them.
Sales and result follow up
Follow up on sales and result, monitor deviations and act on it in order to maximize profit in one area.
Budget and planning
Establish salary and selling budget for all stores in one area. Educate store management teams on this behalf.
Allocation
Ensure and follow up the right amount of stock in the right store at the right time.
Informal leader
Act as an informal leader.
