Responsibilities:
a) Lead and guide the GL team, supervise internal team and work closely with the outside business partner to ensure all GL responsibilities are properly dispensed
b) Responsible for GL monthly closing, including fix assets, expense accrual, amortization, ect and ensure closing deadlines are met and deliverables are in good quality.
c) Prepare monthly closing and financial statements by entity level, make sure the accuracy of financial statement.
d) VAT monthly reconciliation review and follow up.
e) Coordinate with Tax agency to handle Tax Authority requirement.
f) Responsible for BS accounts reconciliation on monthly basis, clear the outstanding items timely.
g) Responsible for BS flux of full BS/PL.
h) Ensure all GL related inquires and issues are promptly and satisfactorily resolved.
i) Responsible for developing and improving the internal GL control process and procedures.
j) Verify the treasure payments weekly.
k) Support with annual auditing and review.
l) Ensure all legal and regulations are complied.
m) Perform ad hoc projects and improvement initiatives as and when necessary
n) Support Finance Manager in other assignments as and when required
Requirements:
a) Bachelor & above degree, major in Finance/Accounting.
b) Above 8 years relevant experience, above 3+ years GL experience, retail background preferred.
c) Knowledge of Excel, MS office and ERP system, AX experience preferred.
d) Familiar with China GAAP and tax regulation.
e) Be energetic with a proactive and can-do attitude.
f) Multi-task ability, attention to details, hands on and meet deadline.
g) Good communication skills and good in English and Chinese
h) Ability to drive enthusiasm and to inspire team member with a commitment to excellence.
