Mission of Function:
Receive and process orders to ensure prompt handling and achieve customer satisfaction.
Areas of Responsibility / Tasks:
Receive phone calls, faxes or emails orders which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures. Uses computerized system to gather information and confirm sales prompted by incoming calls
Answer inquiries, resolve problems, and promote products/services.
Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date report and records.
Retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries (for example on order confirmation, processing status or delivery schedules).
Perform other routine clerical activities according to the organization’s established procedures.
Train new workers in the organization’s operating procedures and standards.
Other projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.

Competencies:
Effective communication skills both written and verbal and good teamwork.
Highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications and softwares.
Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies.
Adequate understanding of the Financial system operated within the company.
Adequate knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry.
Excellent attention to details.

Essential:
Good background in Purchasing Customs/Logistics or Warehousing highly regarded. Adequate logistics experience and proven success record.
Good cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure. Ambition and enthusiam for business growth. Take ownership and high integrity.
Good language skills in Chinese. Can work well with staff and customers from diversifed backgrounds.
