职位描述
Mission:
- Coordinating reimbursement activities, Administration of Distributor Contract Process, Coordinating SHOT, Seeding instruments information updating, Bundled and Seeded Deal, Contract legal review.
Contacts:
- Internal: CFO, BDs, RSMs and other relevant staff.
- External: Distributors and key Accounts etc.
Tasks:
- Reimbursement voucher check.
- Work with the assistants of various sales region for submission of reimbursement voucher
- Check the submitted reimbursement vouchers to ensure adherence to company policy, return unqualified vouchers when necessary
- Send to Finance for processing for those in compliance with company policy
- Tracking and filling
Administration of Distributor Contract and Process
- Annual contract renewals in conjunction with Sales Directors, special emphasis on product and sales region each distributor can undertake
- New Distributor Contract
- Routine contract modifications=>including interface with Legal and Compliance to make sure clauses are in accordance with company guidlines
- Tracking and filling
- Coordinating Instrument Placement Contract
- Ensure SHOT process is followed before preparing any placement contract, process seeding instrument delivery in SAP system
- Ensure that all changes in instrument placement target as notified by Sales/distributors are properly reflected in placement contract subsequent to SHOT approvals
- Placement instruments information updating
- Act as the interface between Service, Logistic & Finance
- Process seeding transaction in SAP, so that Placement instruments are properly reflected in Finance records - Exchange and update installation Information of seeding instruments with Finance
so that proper tracking of instruments are possible
- Support BA Manager to review contracts related to sales activities so that they are legally in compliance
- Other related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.
Knowledge:
- At least 3 years working experience in sales administrative field. A degree in business administration or relevant major.
- The abillty to use different communication methods both remotely and face to face.
- Effective literate skills both written and verbal Chinese and English.
- Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications in particular expert knowledge of Excel and CS softwares.
- Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies.
- Good understanding of sales operation system operated within the company.
- A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry.
- Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which MED Dx operates.
Experiences:
- Good experience in sales administrative field.
- Sales admin, admin assistant or relevant functions.
- Strong cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure.
- Excellent language skills incl. Chinese and English. Can work well with staff and customers from diversifed international and domestic backgrounds.
