？ Strategy Management

 Build in-depth knowledge of suppliers’ business strategies to assess likelihood of long-term fit.
 Quantify risks and opportunities.
 Work with operations and manage overall supplier performance toward business goals.
 Drive the supply base to develop process improvements.
 Responsible for overall performance of suppliers in assigned areas

？ Supplier Management
Supplier base optimization, exist supplier performance record and evaluation, supplier improvement program

？ Tender and Quotes management
Call for tender and quotes, evaluate vendors' capability, quality, reliability and
price competitiveness, negotiate with/award contracts within specified spending
limits, and develop new qualified sources of supply

？ Contract and Risk Management
Develop, negotiate, and execute base contracts/agreements with suppliers that
minimize the risks from operation, legal, finance and all other perspectives
Responsible for compliance of the IA for relevant category

任职要求：

Bachelor degree or above with major of relevant areas, such as engineering, business administration, or etc.

8 years or above Purchasing working experience, Indirect Material Purchasing is the plus, 3 years in a managerial role.

Extensive knowledge Capex IM & MRO management, sourcing, purchasing processes and strategy.
？？Ability to manage projects and build business cases
？？Good Negotiation Skill
？？Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interaction at all levels of the organization.
？？Strong analytical and PC skills, SAP knowledge is the plus
？？Excellent Language Skill (English and Chinese)
？？Good knowledge of finance, legal and contract management
？？Team Management and leadership
