You take responsibility for the setup, implementation and interpretation of weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) on the Online Store performance and all Online Store customer surveys. You are responsible for the continuous improvement of service quality and serve as a key person in cooperation with our fulfillment provider, other service providers and internal colleagues. You are in charge of future online store expansions, including the creation of e-commerce standards regarding payment processes, transport logistics, shipping issues and the connection of e-commerce activities to our CRM. You should be continuously motivated by process design and ongoing process optimization based on the local requirements of the Chinese market. Finally, you will assist the Head of e-commerce in implementing overall e-commerce strategies and act as a key contact person to other departments with regards to all operational issues.

You should

• have a successfully completed degree in business (or a business related field);
• have experience in the field of e-commerce, ideally in the field of online store operations;
• have a very good understanding of key figures and process management tasks;
• possess distinct conceptual and analytical capabilities;
• have ambition, confidence, negotiation and communication skills;
• have a high degree of assertiveness and goal orientation;
• be a native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English (speech and writing);
• possess an understanding of IT systems and be familiar with all major office software
