职位描述：
1.主导开展COMAX产品组项目的开发工作，对本组各项目的开发进行评估、输入、输出、验证、确认技术资料的转移，进度的跟进等工作及落实有关环保要求。
Leading to carry out the development work of COMAX product team project.
Evaluate, input, output, verify, confirm the transferring of technical information, schedule follow-up work and etc. of the team projects and implement the environmental protection requirements.
2.辅助开发科经理对本科工作进行检讨和分析；对项目存在的问题提出解决方案。
Assist R&D Manager to review and analyze division work; propose solutions to the existing problems of the projects.
3.与外部门的工作协调联络。
Coordinate and communicate with other departments.
4.对部门体系的运行，维持进行引导，新进人员的培训跟进评估。
Operate and maintain department running system; train and follow-up evaluation for new staff.
5.部分资料编号管理，包括： 成品，零件型号的编制；ERP编号的管理。
Management of partial information, including: finished parts and component no. preparation, ERP No. management.
6.完成上级分配的其他工作。
Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior.
