职位描述
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Depoly CSSP (service partner program) in China, support and keep track each service partners performance and ensure the rules and policies of Global Service LOB accurately executed.
2. Develop/execute 1ph warranty extension program and achieve annuel target. It shall be focus on service channel development and support sell out while streamlining internal process such as order intake, revenue recognization and service operation process.
3. Supervise and support each partner by creating service business plans on a quarterly and yearly basis and assisting them to achieve the sales goal
4. Train service partners on how to sell service products
5. Support regional service sales managers in terms of service channel management and maximize ITB revenue and profitability.
6. Ensure 1ph service customer satisfaction
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
1.Perform other functions as required
EDUCATION – MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL:
1. Bachelor Degree or above, majoring in or electrical engineering equivalent fields or business management
EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED:
1. Minimum 3 years experience in channel sales and 2 years experience in service sales business
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Must be customer-oriented.
2. Be familiar with service product
3. Be familiar with knowledge of service process
4. Sense of ownership and process
5. Using software like MSOffice .
