Job Description:
· Complaint Handling:
1. Handle and followup with customer complaints with function teams to seek the corrective actions.
2. Handle all the logistic related issues as physical damage, parts missing, etc.
3. Monthly review and analysis complaints and action items with relevant teams.
4. Mini-project leader to collaborate internal resources to resolve critical issues caused by product quality.
5. Work with global teams for oversea complaints.
6. Defect login and maintenance in CRM system.
· Customer Satisfaction Survey:
1. Followup with all the CSLD surveys result with customers, review defects with teams to seek the corrective actions.
2. Work with Schneider customer satisfaction team on negative feedback call-back.
3. Work with PES team to provide Solution Experience survey contact list to Schneider customer satisfaction team on monthly basis.
4. Monthly/Quarterly CSLD Surveys' review and analysis with teams on action items.
5. Work with global customer satisfaction team on CSLD survey followup.
6. Defect login and maintenance in CRM system.
· BRE database admin:
1. Regular maintenance on GCN BRE database to push issue resolution.
2. Assist with BRE internal trainings and internal process improvement.
· Service Expense Monthly Confirmation and Apply:
Monthly check and confirm the service expense with vendors, apply for the cost in the system.
· DCA report & Process:
1. Work with Platform/R&D team on defective parts engineering analysis report(DCA)
2. System maintenance on DCA report application in CRM.
