Major Responsibilities
? Establish relationships with new strategic accounts.
? Leverage existing industry relationships to deliver products and Services into the Chinese market.
? Manage existing China based customers/accounts
? Create and execute on a detailed sales plan to achieve revenue objectives for each target Customer.
? Maintain monthly forecast and sales pipeline.
? Participate in account planning and strategy activities.
? Cultivate Customer relationships, develop & deliver effective proposals, and close business deals.
? Represent and provide market exposure at industry events, conferences and trade shows.
? Maintain a high level of knowledge on products/services, competition, pricing, market share and key product/services differentiation within the Chinese Market.
? Establish budget revenue targets each year, on a customer by customer basis.
Ideal Experience
? Bilingual, English & Mandarin, speaking candidates are a MUST for this position/role.
? Ability to execute a vision, manage multiple priorities and achieve results.
? Outgoing personality with expertise at relationships (i.e. people person).
? Deep technical Knowledge/Education/Training. Equivalent College Degree preferred.
? Experience in Working with/for a Corporate based Western organization.
? 10 - 15 years outside technical sales experience in China with a solid track record of success.
? Prior experience selling Contract Manufacturing Services within the Chinese Market.
? Knowledge/Experience in Plastic Injection Molding a plus.
? Strong organizational, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
? Good Written and verbal communication skills, both English & Mandarin.
? Willingness, and the ability (i.e. own car), to travel within China 50% of the time.
? Organized and has a track record of working effectively on a global team.
