职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:

To handle booking & documentation, service inquiries and account maintenance;

To resolve customer issues at first point of contact;

To ensure the accuracy of all reports and forecasts;

To provide customer assistance to utilize Company’s service (equipment, routing);

To cooperate with other teams & agents to handle the clients’ inquiries with professional service manner;

To maintain a professional, pleasant demeanor and communication;

To work with sales team to achieve sales target, involve indoor sales function;

To support or lead the project related to process improvement and standardization.


REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFIC SKILLS:

University graduate;

Self-motivated with pleasant and outgoing personality;

Willing to work under pressure;

Excellent English communication skills, with CET 6 or above is preferred;

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint Processing. 举报 分享
