职位描述：
1.30-40岁，大专以上学历，电子及相关专业；
2.5年以上电子产品制造行业生产及仓库管理工作经验；
3.精通员工管理、产品生产工艺管理、品质、仓储及体系管理等；
4.能够进行合理地生产分工，并清晰地表达任务要求和目标；
5.熟悉仓库出入库流程、日常记录表及仓库盘点工作流程；
6.熟悉保税区的关务知识以及有配合海关盘点经验优先考虑；
7.有较好的领导和组织协调能力、沟通能力、执行能力，良好的团队合作意识；
8.熟悉ISO质量管理体系、5S管理体系；
9.电脑操作熟练，运用办公自动化软件，英文熟练者优先考虑。

基本工作内容：
1.构建公司整体生产及仓库管理体系，完成年度经营计划；
2.负责生产、计划、技术、设备、仓储、体系及安全生产管理；
3.负责员工绩效管理及团队建设，生产及仓库的成本管理；
4.及时处理生产、仓库中的异常状况，并提出合理建议；
5.积极改善及提升车间及仓库的效率与品质；
