岗位描述Responsibilities:

主持、协调项目设计全过程创意及管理工作。

To lead and co-ordinate the whole design process of creativity work and management.

任职要求：

1. 重点院校的建筑学、室内设计或环境艺术等相关专业本科及以上学历；

2. 5年以上工作经历；

3. 具有丰富的室内设计经验和专业知识，全程参与过大、中型室内工程项目的方案、初步设计及施工图设计，具有优秀的管理、创新能力及项目管理能力，能独立主持高端酒店及地产、商业空间等设计项目；

4. 精通本专业的有关法律法规、技术标准、规程，了解本专业的最新技术发展动态；

5. 熟悉相关室内设计软件、具备良好的手绘表达能力。

6. 工作积极主动、责任心强，出色的语言表达能力；

7. 为人正派、具有良好的职业道德且有不断更新知识的能力；

8. 英文水平优者优先；

9. 外籍、有国外留学或外资公司工作经验者优先。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above from key university/collage majoring in architecture, interior design, environment art or related subject.

2. Min. 5 years experience.

3. Abundant experience and knowledge in interior design; participated in concept design, schematics design and production design in large/medium-scale projects; good abilities in organization, creativity and project management; capable of leading high-end hotels, real estate or commercial building projects independently;

4. Proficiency on relative laws and regulations, technical terms and codes on the major; familiar with the new technology related with the major.

5. Good sketch skills and familiar with relative interior design software.

6. Proactive, high sense of responsibility, good language skills.

7. Honest, good professional ethics, good ability to absorb new knowledge.

8. Good English level preferred.

9. Foreigner or candidate with overseas study / work experience preferred.
