Job Description
1. To coordinate with carriers and all concerned parties (including customs brokers, trailers etc) to arrange shipments operation for both export and import: booking, customs clearance, cargo loading, B/L checking and other work related.
2. To contact with overseas agents and customers concerning 3PL shipments, to solve all problems customers encounter/request independently.
3. To work with financial team to monitor outstanding freight;
4. To do necessary reports & other jobs according to the department SOP.

Requirements
1. University graduate;
2. Self-motivated with pleasant and outgoing personality;
3. Willing to work under pressure;
4. Excellent English communication skills, with CET 6 or above is preferred;
5. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint Processing.
