主要工作职责：

1.QAE工程师的任务:

作为独立的QAE责任人参加产品和过程的开发。

作为QAE代表参加产品确认和再确认的活动。

评估纠正及预防措施的有效性以防止再发生。

监控CAPA的趋势。

定期进行产品审查。

协助重大的客户投诉的调查。

2. Agile 的任务:

依照Agile变更分析的任务要求对Agile中发起的变更进行分析及评审。

管理Agile中的工作流程。

作为Agile专家实施培训。

3. 内部质量审核的任务:

执行和领导一年两次的内部质量审核。

总结和报告内部质量审核的结果。

4. 文控中心的任务:

管理和维护文件及质量记录体系。

确保完成新项目所需操作指导书的建立及控制。

DMR及技术文件的管理。

质量记录控制，管理及维护。

支持本地发展部门和Ambu A/S 的研发项目及所有产品的转移和产品的放行活动。

协调实施在ECO系统及Agile系统中发起的工程变更。

5. 识别当前的和潜在的不合格产品及过程工艺的原因；识别纠正及预防再发生的活动的需求。

9. 协助QA＆RA经理确保安保的质理管理体系能符合ISO9001:2008，ISO13485:2003，21CFR820，CE 标准及中国《医疗器械生产质量管理规范》。

10. 协助QA＆RA经理在日常工作中及我们的四个核心价值观的实践中，提升对我们的质量管理体系及客户和法规要求的认识。

11. 确保很好的坚持按照QP2001与安保总部签订的供应商协议的要求。

Requirements:
1． Bachelor’s Degree in any science discipline
2． High ＆ Excellent English speaking ＆ writing skills
3． FDA/ SFDA experience
4． Good knowledge in ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, 21 CFR 820 and Chinese GMP
5． Good Agile system knowledge.
6． Good QA engineering knowledge.
7． Good knowledge in validation and design control requirements
8． Certified IQA
9． Mature and independent
10． Possess good analytical skills

Responsibility in the position ：
1.QAE tasks：
Participate as independent QAE responsible in product and process development.
Participate as QAE representative in validation and re-validation activities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of CAPA to prevent the reoccurrence.
Monitor the CAPA trending.
Conduct product audit periodically.
Assist in major complaint investigation.
2. Agile tasks：
Analyze and review changes arisen from Agile as per Agile Change Analyst role.
Management workflow on Agile.
Conduct training as Agile expert.
3. IQA tasks：
Conduct and lead IQA activities twice per year.
Summarize and report the results.
4. DCC tasks：
Manage and maintain document and quality record control system.
Ensure complete SOP documentation establishment ＆ control for new projects/products.
DMR and technical documentations management.
Quality record control, management and maintenance.
Support projects and all product transfer and product realization activities by both local Development department and Ambu A/S。
Coordinate implementation of changes arisen from ECO in both ECO and Agile system.

8. Lead Quality Improvement Team.
9. Assist QA＆RA Manager to ensure Ambu Ltd‘s QMS is in compliance with ISO9001: 2008, ISO13485: 2003, 21 CFR 820, CE standards and Chinese GMP.
10. Assist QA＆RA Manager to promote awareness of our QMS, Customer and Regulatory requirements in the daily work and live up to our four core TOTI values.
11. Ensure good adherence to Supplier Quality Agreement with Ambu AS per QP2001.
