RESPONSIBILITIES

1. The incumbent is directly responsible for supervising working capital trend analysis and control within local operation to ensure improvements. The incumbent will develop and implement local policies and procedures, which are consistent with the corporation’s international working capital policies and procedures;
2.Act as an active member of the decision-making process both locally and at the regional level, specifically providing working capital management and operation plan expertise and leadership;
3. Oversee the establishment of proper credit and treasury control policies and procedures and analyses and ensures subsidiary credit and treasury practices;
4. Prepare, review, and communicate monthly working capital results, performs analysis of working capital trends and access progress towards achieving strategic goals and achievability of plans. Participate with senior management in developing alternative courses of action where required;
5. Work with Corporate Treasury to manage cash flow, financing and currency exposures;
6. Direct the working capital evaluation of acquisition synergy to ensure that the relevant facts are known to Corporate and North Asia management;
7. Identify problem areas and recommend alternative courses of action to Finance Manager, North Asia and Business Leader of North Asia;
8.The incumbent has the overall responsibility for inventory level control, import/export shipping control and credit control over accounts receivable and reporting these to Finance Director, North Asia and Business Leader of the region in order to streamline the working capital requirements;
9.The incumbent is responsible for coordinating, advising and assisting company management in the development and analysis of both short and long term planning, annual budgets, re-projections, capital expenditure plans and SVE analysis;
10.Take necessary measures to custody the inventory, cash, fixed assets and other working capitals of the company with periodical review over the assets and make recommendations to the company management;
11. Review and analyze the working capital results and pay periodic visits to the local subsidiaries;
12. Identify matters and situations where expertise of corporate functional groups or outside resources are required and initiate their involvement.

REQUIREMENTS

1.Degree in accounting and/or business administration (MBA and CPA, CMA or equivalent) with at least 6 years of diversified business experience including 5 years post qualification in accounting, business/financial planning, financial analysis, treasury and working capital management;
2. Experiences with companies of manufacturing environment, familiar with ERP System;
3. Exceptionally high levels of self-direction, analytical creativity and intelligence;
4. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. Ability to communicate effectively with the management team.

The person should able to understand clients’ needs and able to provide high quality of account services to clients

Working closely with the Account Officer, your primary responsibilities will include (But will not be limited to):
1. Supporting the Account Officer to promote services to clients.
2. Developing portfolios and client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
3. Managing the contracts, commercial process and negotiating with client local, regional and/or global clients.
4. Supporting the team to develop sales/ marketing plans, proposals and strategies to market the design consultancy business
