职位描述：
1.遵守公司的道德行为准则;
2.为总经理提供日常行政支持工作；
3.能完全领会总经理交办事宜，并能贯彻执行；
4.为总经理有效合理安排差旅行程、会议及约见，及时准确的准备好议案，文件，报表等，并提醒按时参加；
5.接听电话并有效应答，完整准确记录及口述相关信息，及时准确的报告各部门传达的信息；
6.协助行政部门完成其他相关服务工作；
7.对任何信息，报表，文件都予以保密；
8.陪同总经理参加客户会议，或协助总经理处理相关文件、资料准备；
9.其他总经理安排的事宜；

任职要求:
1.大专及以上学历，文秘/公关/管理/大众传媒等相关专业；
2.有三年外企或合资企业相关工作经验；
3.流利的英语口语和书写能力，拥有英语专业8级及高级口译证书者优先；
4.熟悉商务英语，拼写，符号，数字及现代化办公软件有相关知识；
5.思想成熟，办事稳健，有条理，有独立工作的能力；
6自信，自尊，并有很强的人际沟通能力；
7.灵活，有团队精神，并能承受工作压力；
8.拥有特殊问题处理技巧；
9.熟练掌握word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook等办公软件的操作;
10.有媒体，广告，传媒，新闻等行业相关工作经验者优先。

The first park location is in Moganshan, Zhejiang China. APAX Recreation brings the content and spirit of Discovery to life with an outdoor lifestyle approach and three main ambition - ecotourism, outdoor sports, and education all in one.
