ABOUT THE COMPANY
Fuent is a pioneering biotechnology company, located in Shanghai, in the emerging field of regenerative medicine. The company's novel patented technologies pioneer a high efficient protein-induced pluripotent stem cell technology and a safe protein-based in-vivo tissue reprogramming technology to restore organ function. One of the company's goals is to treat several major human diseases using their technologies, such as to regenerate organ function of ovary due to premature ovarian failure.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking outstanding scientists to join our R&D team to develop novel in vitro and in vivo models to regenerate or repair damaged ovarian organs due to diseases. For example, we are passionate on development of new treatment for premature ovary degeneration in young women who suffer from incapable of pregnancy using our new stem cell based regenerative strategy. We are also working on restoration ovarian function in patients who suffer ovary diseases.

The successful candidate should share our passion and embrace our values of innovation, compassion, and clinic-focusing. Ideal candidates will have a strong track record of scientific productivity, organizational skills and contributing to interdisciplinary teams in industry. She/He will perform top-quality, high impact research in stem cell and ovarian tissue engineering and develop novel animal models independently. She/He will have a high level of responsibility to design, execute and analyze experiments, and collaborate with internal and external partners. She/He will also participate collaborations with academic laboratories both in China and in the US.

The position will be located in Shanghai. We provide a fruitful research and overseas training environment and competitive salary.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- PhD degree in stem cell, reproductive medicine or related fields
- High level of experience with in-vivo model and histology
- Experience with cell culture and cell-based assay
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work and thrive in a team-oriented environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
-Hands-on experiences and expertise with mice models for ovarian disease, such as premature ovarian failure
-Familiar with molecular biology of female reproductive systems, from stem cells, oogenesis or follicular formation using cell-based or in vivo mice models
-Experience and knowledge of stem cell biology and reproductive biology
-Relevant postdoctoral or industrial experience
