职位描述：
一、工作职责：
1、依照公司发展战略，对公司人力资源进行规划和管理
2、依照人力需求，参与公司人员招聘
3、修订并完善公司人事、行政管理制度
4、实施并检查公司各项人事行政制度执行
5、了解并掌握公司员工的思想动态
6、提炼塑造公司文化，并做好文化宣传
7、负责做好各类人事、行政档案的归档工作
8、外部联络（中文口头与书面；英文书面为主，能口语更佳）
9、内部英文资料系统录入和使用以及流程改进
10、积极协助各部门解决相关问题
11、完成公司的其他行政、人事和管理相关工作

二、要求
1、三年以上人力资源及行政管理工作经验
2、形象良好亲和、行事干练，执行力强，有良好的团队协作意识与语言表达能力
3、心态积极、阳光，善于沟通、激励员工，具有较强的活动策划、统筹能力
4、掌握现代企业人力资源规划、招聘、培训、绩效考核、薪酬、劳动关系等相关技能
5、熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备
6、英语能力好，具备优良的英文阅读与写作能力
7、具备财务知识与经验更佳
