Job Title/职位名称： Logistics Specialist

Job Summary/职责概述
This position interacts with overseas suppliers, carriers, internal customers.
This Position is the highest graded of logistics professional level. It is appropriate for individuals who are required to independently execute the workflow and solve problems. Be the key player of logistics team.

Responsibilities/岗位职责
1. Manage third part logistics (3PL) service provider, such as warehouse, transportation.
1) Work with logistics (3PL) service provider, internal customer and forwarder/carrier on container booking, export and delivery, setting up standard operation procedures (SOP)
2) Collect and Manage data from 3PL service provider, complete the system transition if have, ensure in time and accuracy.
3) Responsible for regular and occasional audit to 3PL service provider, such as documentation, bills and work out an effectively solution to close gaps, if any.
4) Ensure book keeping and documentation is compliance with internal control standards.
5) Using KPI to manage 3PL service provider’s performance
2. Coordinate the relationship with other related departments, which include but not limited to company’s supply chain, business units, customer order service, other third party service providers, to ensure all of the outbound shipments deliver on time
3. The coordination is to ensure the warehouse problems/issues are addressed timely and resolved.
4. Responsible for the import and export operation process /procedure to be in compliance with government policy and regulation

Key Performance Indicators/主要考核指标
? The individual reports to department supervisor. It requires coordination with each of the other members in the department, and also export customer service, supply chain and finance etc., work with 3PL suppliers to complete all task related to export and warehouse activities.

Requirements/岗位需求
1. 3+ years related experience in logistics experience is prefer
2. Good spoken and written English skills
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good at MS Office and analytical skills
