Job responsibilities:
? Ensure data quality
? Use analytical software for data analysis and reporting,
? Develop automated solutions to collect and check data and, deliver reports and analysis,
? Supporting other function of Risk department and potential other business areas customers,
? Help at developing and continuously improving the statistic model, such as the loss forecast model,
? Keep informed about credit policy and regulatory changes. Inform other functions about the impacts,
? Produce regular reporting timely and with a high quality, i.e.: Risk monthly report, loan loss provision computation, regulatory reporting (CBRC/PBOC),…
? Collect market risk information of industry benchmarks through data library and vendors,
? Manage and/or support the construction of a data warehouse,
? Provide support upon ad-hoc requests in a quick, effective, and efficient manner.
Job requirements:
? Bachelor degree in information technology or related discipline.
? From 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis or treatment: DBA, data mining or related area.
? Strong technical skills in in Excel and an analytical software such as: SAS, SPSS, R,…
? Experience in auto-finance or consumer finance is preferred.
? Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
Competencies:
? Quick learner and willing to innovate,
? Good team work, interpersonal and analytical skills,
? Ability to work independently and under pressure,
? Effective writing and communication skills,
? Be proactive and customer oriented.
