职位描述：

Job responsibilities:

· Identify source of potential candidates and search for potential candidates by using advanced and creative candidate sourcing approaches to find top talent

· Arrange the interview and assist hiring manager to interview candidates and overcome barriers across the recruiting process to a successful hiring.

· Manage the candidate experience and maintain the relationship with candidate from end-to-end process e.g. from introduction to closing

· Update, consolidate and analyze the recruiting statistics to provide regular report to business

· Build up and constantly enrich talent database as well as expand and manage recruiting channels

· Conduct regular on-board orientation and employee briefing to new joiners.

· Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above in HR Management or a related discipline

· 3 years of human resource experience and the recruitment working experience in auto finance industry is preferred

· Fluent in both spoken and written English

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to meet schedules and handle multi-task

Competencies:

· Proven ability of organizing, communication and listening skills.

· In-depth understanding of HR Labor and regulations.

· Dynamic personality with high energy and integrity.

Excellent PC skills in Office software and HR recruiting system operation
