Equipment Maintenance Technician
Responsibility:
- Equipment maintenance according to the PM schedule and working instruction
- Equipment trouble shooting for various kinds of equipment to reduce the machine down time, support operation
- Maintenance of equipment tooling and fixture
- Machine spare ordering and control the inventory
- Working and organize the vendor for the Machine relocation, installation and utility set up
- Define machine daily checking and PM instruction, LOTO procedure, keeping the document, record
- Identify opportunities for facility improvement and optimization
- Other duties assigned by the manager.
Requirement:
- Technical school diploma in mechanical, electrical, automation CNC,
- Above five years of maintenance experience to production equipments, rich experience in various kinds of equipment, such us cleaning line equipment, NC equipments, sanding blaster, vacuum furnace, painting booth, oven, crane system, etc
- Good communication skill
- Electrical license
- Able to read and write in English
