职位描述：
主要工作职责：
1.对每日生产过程中发生的不良品进行确认，并填写或审核不合格品报告，协助工程师做出适当处置。
2.参加每日晨会，汇报生产线生产情况。
3.协助工程师完成制程变更的确认以及执行，报告：ECO,国产化和一些工艺改良试验。
4.技术员是产品工程师与生产线操作工之间的接口，技术员必须充分理解工程师的意图，并且准确传达给流水线，并监督该指令被准确执行。
5.协助生产线及时解决生产过程中的Trouble Shooting问题。
6.负责生产线上质量数据的收集，及时向工程师、产品主管、产品经理反应生产线的质量问题。
7.了解,实行并协助监督ISO13485的执行。
8.协助设备工程师的日常设备管理工作。
9.对于在规定时间内不能解决的问题，按“Escalation Process"上报。

本科学历，理工科电子专业优先考虑。

良好的人际沟通能力，分析判断能力及团队合作精神

3.Languages（语言能力）:
Mandarin: Fluent spoken and written普通话：流利的口头和书面表达能力
English: Basic spoken and written English 英语：良好的口头和书面表达能力
