职位描述：
1.按厂商标准要求及本公司售后索赔流程，向厂商反映描述车辆问题所在，在系统内申请，完成索赔；
2.与客户沟通，解释问题所在，完成索赔；
3.收集售后客户信息，掌握市场动态，及时向公司传达市场信息；
4.建立客户档案定期跟进客户，协助达到并保持高的客户满意度；
5.维护公司形象，做好公司商业保密工作；
6.完成公司领导交办的其他正常工作。

任职资格：
1.大科以上学历；
2.英语六级以上，口头及书面熟练掌握；
3.熟练使用电脑操作系统及办公自动化软件，具备基本的网络知识；
4.较强的分析思考和解决问题的能力，客户服务意识；
5.具有积极的自我激励的心态，言行举止礼貌得体；
6.汽车或服务行业背景、有汽车售后从业经验者优先。 举报 分享
