职位描述：
1. 根据各部门岗位定员定编及招聘需求，开展招聘工作。
2. 负责办理员工入职和离职手续，包括员工报到、劳动合同签订、转正、调岗、解除劳动关系等相关手续办理工作；员工离职面谈，汇总离职原因进行离职分析工作；协助处理劳动关系.
3. 根据年度培训计划及各部门培训需求情况制定月度培训计划，组织和安排公司内外部培训工作的开展，及培训效果的跟踪评估。
4. 负责考勤核对及异常处理；负责员工薪资绩效核算及薪酬福利管理
5. 负责日常员工人事信息管理与档案的维护；
6. 做好各种会议的记录及会务工作。
7. 酒店和机票的预约与安排，并做好宾客来访接待工作。
8. 及时完成上级主管交办的其他工作。 举报 分享
