Job Responsibilities:

(1).Communication

1.1 Communicate with CIQ and other government bodies for label registration and product sample testing.

1.2 Keep good relation with Chinese authorities to obtain relevant information.

1.3 Track actual food scandal and events.

1.4 Get the latest regulatory developments information.

(2). Products package & Label

2.1 Oversight, inspection on product signification and other information to assess the risks of goods importation by Chinese food regulations.

2.2 Make new Chinese label, and modify label templates.

2.3 Periodic checks inventory of Chinese label.

(3).Warehouse and Logistics

3.1 Support to investigate, communicate and respond to local customer complaints.

3.2 Track and trend complaint record to bring supplier, warehouse and logistic control into compliance.

(4).Reporting

4.1 Summary Chinese label checklist.

4.2 Weekly QA report.

Requirements:

1.College degree or above;

2.Good English, especially in written;

3.Pay attention to details;

4.2+ years working experience in food/beverage industry.
