职位描述：

Reporting to the Sales Manager is responsible for the management and development of on-trade market. Assisting the Sales Manager and ensuring the achievement of the company’s target and respect of company’s strategy.

Duties

- Create channel data-base of on-trade accounts by districts and establishing contact with key person

- Introducing available alcohol portfolio to Food and Beverage director/manager, conduct tasting, product introductions

- Follow up the contract/order procedure and track sales/inventory of existing channel

- Build brand images in on-trade channels

- Establish and develop business relationship with five stars hotels especially international major hotels

- Responsible for maintaining business relationship with company and distributor

- To be responsible for collecting all market information

- Understand needs of on-trade channel and suggests effective promotion programs

- Cooperates closely with marketing team to implements promotion programs

- Maintains the good legal standing and image of the Company

- Reports on a timely manner to the Sales Manager

- Accomplish the work assigned by leader

Education

Bachelor or above

Work Experience

1-3 years of sales experience working directly with Premium On Trade Accounts

Skills

- Excellent understanding of the sales and marketing environment

- Fluent English and Chinese

- Mobility within the group

- Work with limited supervision

- Good communication skills

- Results driven

- Organized and detail oriented

- Focused on the objectives and their achievement

- Alcohol knowledge (eg: production, quality difference, distribution, specifics)
