职位描述：
Skill set：
· Onsite support for network, security and datacenter operations at the site.
· Good skills in networking with a minimum of four years relevant experience.
· Broad skillset, coupled with the confidence and technical ability to consult at many levels.
formal qualification in electrical, electronic or IT Engineering would be beneficial。

Technical requirements：
DCOPS - Data center Ops
· Operational - Reports to DCO Onsite Lead – take instructions and provide updates to DCO Onsite Lead; Act as an escalation and contact point
· Perform data center daily walkthrough – update CS shared database; Monitor, update and close CS problem tickets and tools; Using CS approved tools for incident and problem management to perform required IMAC tasks; Request for Change (RFC) application;
· Coordinating manpower resources for operational duties - Escorting of 3rd party vendor to all local data centers including afterhours coverage; Coordinate within CS IT staff and Vendor in installation and relocation of equipment; Validate network accessibility for Relocations and new Eligible Machine installation;Seek plan approval from centralized CS APAC Data Center Facilities Management; Proactively engage in removal; Assist CS internal staff in Data Centre power down/up (PDU); Quarterly Mainenance windows (QMW) and disaster recovery (DR)
· (Key Performance Indicators) governance
· Ensure all Hardware deliveries are notified on the same business day; Manage all onsite equipment and update all relevant CS inventory systems
· Administrative – Ticket Management, Email, Meetings
· Inventory Management - HPAM/Aperture tools update; Spare and decommissioned machine update; Legacy and decommissioned media
· Media Management - Perform physical media handling and reconciliation; Control and track media movement; Data Sanitation; Perform data sanitation for all hard drives and media; Degauss of hard drives from in-scope servers
· Provisioning Planning Activities - Aperture request management, CRES FI Approval and physical location; Capacity planning and reporting;
· For Power, cabling and rack space allocation - Obtain and confirm information provided by CS’ Real Estate personnel; Coordinate with CS’ Real Estate personnel on forecasting
· Reporting - Activity reports on all work undertaken and completed by HPE; Service reports detailing all services provided by HPE
· Project Change Requests (PCR) including changes in maintained equipment - True Up for maintained equipment
· Financial and billing summary with detailed breakdown
· Reports on activities performed and services provided using CS tools
· Consolidation Planning; Coordination Planning; Decommission Planning
· Coordinate with other teams e.g. networks, storage etc., to decommission unwanted equipment
· Interface with CS internal resources - for task implementation; system admin/security; network/cabling; CRES.
Network Operations
· 2nd line troubleshooting and network implementation; Monitoring of Network events;Familiar with Monitoring tools (e.g. Smarts, SevOne, eHealth); Familiar with Service Now for Incident/Change Management;Handle incident events (L2) and Incident/Problem escalation according to the defined standards;Troubleshooting skills on Cisco LAN/WAN and Load Balancers equipment
· LAN architectures (e.g. Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, GIG Ethernet);Switching protocols (e.g. Spanning-tree, VTP, HSRP, Trunking);WAN technologies (e.g. MPLS, IPLC); Routing protocols (e.g. EIGRP, BGP); Experience in Cisco products is essential (e.g Cat3560X, Cat4948, Cat6509, Nexus 2K/5K/7K, ISR, ASR1000); Cisco or F5 Load-Balancing (e.g. Cisco GSS, ACE, BigIP, GTM); DNS applications (e.g. QIP/RunIP);Familiarity with DHCP/ DNS name services;Experience in troubleshooting, administration and implementation of Firewalls (Netscreen, Sidewinder, Palo Altos);Experience in troubleshooting and administration of Bluecoat proxies
· Responsible to document all troubleshooting activities into the incident record/ticket
· Manage and implement upgrades to the network infrastructure as required and ensure all work is carried out to a high standard
· Interface with external vendors to ensure high standard of fault resolutions
· Provide a technical point of contact between user/IT groups to ensure effective support
· Manage own work effort effectively
Work on own initiative, recommending and implementing improvements to the network.
