职位描述：
【注：公司为居住在厦门的同事，提供班车每天往返漳州厦门，班车路线：前埔-金尚路-仙岳路-海沧大桥-高速公路-漳州】

岗位目的：根据公司Performance Excellence目标，分析相关业务流程，策划和组织实施有关项目，建立和维护Performance Excellence体系；协调资源和组织相关部门人员，有效运用相关工具和方法，确保Performance Excellence各项目的成效符合公司运营的质量、效率、成本要求。
Position Purpose: According to Performance Excellence objectives of company, analyze related operating processes, plan and implement related projects, establish and maintain Performance Excellence system; coordinate resources and organizing staff involved, to ensure success of Performance Excellence projects and in conformity with quality, efficiency and cost requirements of operation.

工作职责：
1. 通过对生产过程的诊断分析，及时发现改进机会，定义和策划持续改善项目，并在公司内部倡导持续改进，以达到生产效益的最大化；
2. 建立和推行各项目体系，指导和协调相关部门实施，推进安全、质量、效率及成本的持续改进；
3. 组织指导团队成员分析业务流程，绘制价值流图（现状及未来），制定改善项目目标、计划及考核指标；
4. 监督、协调项目计划的实施，及时反馈项目进展，检查与衡量项目目标完成情况，及时总结；
5. 监督、协调员工持续改善项目（Employee Innovation），创建公司全员参与的工作氛围；
6. 监督、协调精益生产、六西格玛、5S＋1项目，组织及管理Kaizen改善活动
7. 参与公司各项生产工艺改进（包括先进工艺引进）的开发与实施；
8. 提供相关知识的培训（包括精益生产、价值流图、5S、TPM等），促进全员参与，建设公司精益文化
9. 遵守EHSS（环境、健康、安全、可持续发展）相关的国家法律法规和公司政策制度，履行本岗位安全职责，并对本岗位安全生产负直接责任；贯彻执行公司和部门对安全生产的指令和要求，全面负责所领导团队的安全生产管理工作。
10. 管理层分配的其他任务

Job responsibility:
1. Through analysis of production process, identify improvement opportunities, define and plan continuous improvement projects, and promote continuous improvement within the company to achieve production maximize efficiency.
2. Establish and promote various project system, direct and coordinate related department to implement the projects, promote continuous improvement on safety, quality, efficiency and cost.
3. Organize the team to analyze manufacturing process, work out current and future value stream, and develop project targets, schedule and measurements.
4. Oversee and coordinate implementing of project plan, feedback on projects process in time, check and measure projects performance, work out summary in time.
5. Oversee and coordinate Employee Innovation, create a culture of full participation in Performance Excellence in the company.
6. Oversee and coordinate Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S+1 projects, organize and manage Kaizen activities.
7. Involved in various manufacturing process improvement and advanced process transferring implementing.
8. Provide adequate training to all levels of employees in a continuous improving mode, to improve employees’ full participation in Performance Excellence and build Lean culture of the company.
9. Comply with EHSS (environment, health, safety and sustainability) related government laws, regulations and company policy, fulfill safety duty of the position, and directly responsible for safety production of the position; to carry out the instructions and requirements on safety production of the company and department, fully responsible for the safety production management of the subordinate team.

任职资格：
1. 全日制大学本科或以上学历，工业工程、理工类等相关专业
2. 至少8年在外资制造企业工作经验，3年以上精益/六西格玛项目管理经验
3. 丰富的现场管理实践经验，具有较强的现代管理工具应用能力
4. 接受过系统的精益生产/六西格玛培训
5. 优秀的团队协作、项目指导和推动能力
6. 良好的领导力，人际沟通能力，以及良好的讲演能力
7. 良好的英语口语和书面表达能力
8. 熟练使用微软办公软件、项目管理软件
9. 优秀的分析能力、学习和创新能力
10. 富有激情，积极主动，勇于承担责任和接收变化，较强的自我成就动力

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in IE or related subjects
2. At least 8 year working experience in MNC, of which at least 3 years on lean / six sigma projects management.
3. Rich experience on production line, and strong application ability of management tools and methods.
4. Experimented systematic lean manufacturing or 6 Sigma training.
5. Good team player and coacher, able to influence and manage resources
6. Good leadership, effective verbal and written communication skill and excellent interpersonal skills, good presentation skills
7. Good computer skills in MS Office, Project Management software, ERP, Auto CAD
8. Good command of English both in oral and written
9. Good presentation skill, good analytical and learning ability, strong creativity
