职位描述：
Responsibility:
1.Design new fixture in NPD project to support producing right and high quality product in efficiency way.
2.Design, optimize, and specify new process equipment to meet new product new technique requirement.
3.Sourcing and learn new high efficiency equipment for the new technique application, continue to improve safety quality and efficiency production.
4.Install, qualify, and optimize manufacturing equipment to make sure equipment are qualified for the product production.
5.Define the annual, quarterly monthly machine preventive maintenance plan to make sure equipment are in good state to remove or minimum reduce the machine downtime.
6.Make sure equipment to meet Health, Safety & Environmental requirements and maintainability, manufacturing when design/install/debug equipment activity.
7.Design, upgrade the equipment to support continuous improvement, continuous productivity, efficiency and quality improvement actions such as CIP proposal for equipment from production line/QE/PE etc..
8.Program and update the PLC software to support equipment optimization and process change.

Requirements:

Education
Automation major or relation

Experience
4 years equipment management experience and 2 years fixtures designing engineer experience.

Specific knowledge
Professional mechanical engineering knowledge；
LEAN knowledge and continuous improvement；
Design for assembly experience；
Professional solid work or AutoCAD skills；
PLC software program knowledge；
Poke yoke mindset；
Fully understand product structure and process；
Good communication and coordination ability；

distinction from the Design Academy in Eindhoven because
of his innovative view on personal mobility. Together with
business partner Eduard Zanen, an elegant yet revolutionary
new design was made into a multi-functional stroller with
iconic looks.
