职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Book employee cash reimbursement to make sure payment and expense accurate
2. Make bank payment to ensure payment accurate and timely
3. Count cash monthly and make sure the balance is aligned with journal
4. Send bank statements to NL daily
5. File month vouchers within 3 months
6. Print tax invoices monthly according to custom declaration
7. Prepare tax refund appliance quarterly
8. Process bank vouchers in ERP system after bank payments completed
9. Follow up import and export custom papers as payment and receving cash evidence
10. Match invoices with Capex receiving records in ERP system.
11. Scan all contracts & put on share folder on time.
12. Maintain exchange rate weekly.

Requirements:

Education
College degree with economic major

Experience
fresh graduate

Specific knowledge
Proficient in English speaking&writing and good command of PC skill especially in Excel.
