Job Responsibilities:
Digital Solution
1.Help to build up local digital strategy/solution, including website,APP,social media,e-commerce, etc.
2.Take the charge of digital solution implementation and measure the success. Work with the marketing team,agencies,IT and other relevant departments to coordinate digital initiatives.
3.Monitor and assess new digital communication technology and competitors' digital campaigns/new solutions.
4.Coordinate the integration of the CRM campaign on digital platform.
5.Work with OEM marketing team on digital integration opportunities.
Communication
1. Manage different kinds of vendors to develop Marcom tools, from creating new advertisement, flyers, POSM, videos and PPT, literature crea-tion etc. to support the sales and marketing promotion strategy.
2. Responsible for the management of all the Marcom materials and tools including timely updating, maintenance, storage and transportation.
Promotion and Event
1. Initiate the design and execution of marketing programs
2. Coordinate dealer, customer marketing program and company events.
3. Contribute new ideas and programs that help increase market share and contract volume, including but not limited to monthly and seasonal incentive programs, key events, launch activities, etc.
Inter-departmental Co-ordination and Communication
1. Regularly coordinate and communicate with other departments to make sure that all the information are maintained and updated timely and accurately in all digi-tal/communication channels.
2. Work closely with sales team on dealer feedbacks towards all the contents and da-ta in dealer digital channels
Market Intelligence Collection and Communication
1. Periodically conduct market research and competitor’s landscape to provide digi-tal/communication relevant insights for management’s business decisions.
2. Liaise with manufacturers/brands for marketing intelligence collection and market-ing information sharing.
Competencies
? University graduates major in marketing, finance or other related fields with at least 3-year working experience. Experience in companies selling soft products, such as bank, financial service, insurance company is a plus.
? Proven track record in digital/communication marketing is a plus
? Proficient English and strong PC skills required.
? Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skill is must
? Creative & strong business acumen
? Detail-oriented
? Quick learner and a good team player
? Possesses high personal standards of integrity
? Strong responsibility of maintaining high quality
? Ability to travel on a limited basis
