职位描述：
一. Monthly Reporting（月度报告）:
1.1 Prepare financial, analytical and interpretive reports in a timely fashion （monthly and quarterly）: Monthly report （bridge analysis, management P/L ）, KPIs dashboard 及时提供月报和季报，并且分较深入分析原因，提交公司的月度指标
1.2 On time and high quality to prepare monthly US GAAP reporting package and other group reports （HFM, expense movement, supplemental reports, TED data upload, cost set up, etc） 及时提交高质量美方准则要求的报告和集团所有相关的其他报告，公司产品成本，销售数据在TE数据库的设立等
1.3 Monitor and tracking the daily / monthly booking & billing and work with sales, operation, customer care to drive booking / billing performance 每天销售数据的分析，并且推动出货的成绩
1.4 Review the COGS/Opex at the month end closing and dirve the B/S actions 月度关帐前查看相应的成本，费用，并且在月结后进行科目表的分析
1.5 Defered tax analysis and preparation
递延税分析

二. Productivity Control（成本效率的控制）:
2.1 Assess and track Industrial project performance and profitability （ROI, expenses, Investments） - link between project and P/L 评估公司的项目分析（投资回报，费用，固定资产投入）销售及利润
2.2 Drive on the opex / COGS controlling and proposal of the potential cost saving areas with operation team by TEOA， drive the purchasing / labor productivity with operation team 控制成本，并且提出相应的可以节省成本的空间，和运营部配合等

三. External Business（相关外部事务）:
Implement best practices in close relationship with other TE entities, interco business, etc
处理关联方交易的相关事务

四. Internal Control （内部控制）:
4.1 Support all kinds of internal group compliance audits, external PRC audit 协助各种内审及年度PRC的审计
4.2 Work with the team to improve internal control, process improvement 内控及流程相关方面的改进

五. Support on the ad-hoc reports with timely and high quality, participate in the assigned project
及时及高效的参加相关的一些根据业务需求新的项目及工作


基本任职资格MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. Hands-on experience of ERP systems （UFIDA / SAP）
熟悉ERP系统（UFIDA / SAP）
2. At least 3 years in analysis experience of manufacture background and 2 General accounting experience
2年以上制造业财务分析工作经验
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
精通微软办公应用程序
4.Be familiar with US GAAP, PRC GAAP.
熟悉美国公认会计准则,中国公认会计准则
5.Good communication skill
良好的沟通技能
6.Self motivation, discipline, high integrity
主动性强，诚信正直
7.Good command of both spoken and written English
